I’m here to tackle your unhelpful thought patterns, so you can overcome your obstacles and more importantly take action.
I’ll help you look at situations from different perspectives, so you can gain clarity on the way forward and your new priorities.
If you are experiencing a longer term health condition it can often feel like the control has been taken out of your hands, my aim is to start putting
you back in the driver’s’ seat, so that you can actively manage your health.
Everyone is unique so I have created bespoke one on one strategy sessions, alongside check ins to keep you on track and ensure you feel
supported between sessions.

I myself have gathered knowledge and resources over the last 20 years in the rehabilitation and wellbeing sector. If I can teach you something, if I can share a story with you or provide information to help you on your journey, I will. I’m all about taking simple small actions to move you in the right direct. I want to give you the knowledge and a toolbox of techniques, that you can draw on time and time again. Following each strategy session I will put together a selection of resources to meet your needs, from master classes to mini-tutorials to diary exercises.

Between each in person session I’ll check in via messenger to see how you are and if there is anything you need to achieve your goal set at the last session.
I end each in person session by working with you to set small achievable goals for the week.
Throughout your journey I want to ensure we achieve your desired outcome and continue to head in the right direction. So I will be asking you self rate your satisfaction levels based on your priorities e.g. sleep, anxiety, confidence, energy, pain management.
